Product Designer

Design the today view and the medication card. They are the whole product, and they have to be understood in seconds by someone who is tired, older, or worried.

A person opens Dosely to see their day: what to take, when, and whether they are on track. And to understand a medication they were just handed at the pharmacy without a plain explanation. They need calm and clarity within a few seconds of the page loading, and they need to feel steadier when they leave than when they arrived.

That is a genuinely hard design problem: a day of reminders with a progress ring, a plain-language medication card, and interaction flags to review, all readable at a comfortable size for someone who does not think of themselves as a tech person.

What you would own

  • Own the today view, the medication card and the flow from adding a medication to understanding it.
  • Design for the worried state. Managing medications is stressful, and the screen should reduce that, not perform features at it.
  • Keep the visual system calm: white, one calm blue, green for on track, amber for a flag to review, and space instead of decoration.
  • Design for older eyes and hands: comfortable type, high contrast, generous tap targets, never a wall of small text.

What we are looking for

  • Five or more years designing software people use to make a decision, not to browse.
  • A portfolio with at least one dense, state-heavy screen you are proud of and can talk through.
  • You prototype in code or close to it and do not wait for engineering to see if something works.
  • You have designed for accessibility in earnest, not as a checklist.

How hiring runs

A thirty-minute call with a founder, then a paid work session on a real problem from our backlog (three to four hours), then conversations with two people you would work alongside. Four steps, usually inside two weeks, and we tell you where you stand at every one.
